Jumps: Jumping is the key to winning nationals and supercross. To milk extra hight and length from a take off lean backas you hit it, if your aproching a jump too fast and dont want to over shoot lean forward and possable ease off the throtle as you hit it. Staying on the ground is alot faster that being in the air so try and find lines that will bear this in mind, although having said that its usually best to, say, quad a set of four jumps than jumping them as two sets of doubles.

Try to make the bike match the plane of the landing slope in order to carry more speed. If your falling short on a jump so your about to land on a upward slope ("caseing the jump") lean the bike back so that the wheels are parallel to the slope or the back wheel is a little closer, then, just a freaction before you hit, press forward so the rider lands both with both wheels at the same time with his weight forward. If your consistantly falling short on a jump leaning the bike over seems to milk a little extra distance but make sure to straighten out before landing other wise think about a bigger bike or taking a new line.

Stunts rule, but avoid the temptation to perform them during races as it an extra bit of risk you dont need!
